For organisers
Run the whole event, vendors included.
Most platforms stop at tickets. Cirkle also runs the part that actually eats your week: vendor applications, chasing stall payments, and knowing who is allowed through the gate.
You already know how this goes
If you have run a fair or a festival with stalls, some of this will be familiar.
A Google Form for vendor applications
Answers land in a spreadsheet with no way to approve, reject or reply from the same place.
A WhatsApp group for chasing payment
You are the reminder system. Someone always pays the night before, and someone never pays at all.
A printed list at the gate
Two people at the entrance with a biro, holding up a queue, hoping nobody photocopied a ticket.
No single answer to “who has paid?”
Bank alerts in one place, a spreadsheet in another, and a stall you might be holding for nobody.
What Cirkle does
Tickets
Sell tickets without making anyone sign up
- Guest checkout: buyers pay with an email address and nothing else.
- Tickets arrive by email with a QR code, ready to scan.
- Promo codes, and refunds you can issue yourself.
Checkout
No account needed
Vendors
Run vendor applications properly
- Build your own application form and ask what you actually need to ask.
- Publish your terms, then approve or reject each application.
- Approved vendors get 72 hours to pay before the slot is released.
- Your WhatsApp group link unlocks only once they have paid.

The gate
Know who is allowed in
- Scannable passes for attendees and for vendors.
- Scanning runs on a phone, with no extra hardware.
- Staff accounts can work the gate without ever seeing your earnings.

Reporting
Know where you stand, before the day
- An event health view: what is sold, what is unpaid, what needs chasing.
- Vendor lists as CSV, PDF or a print sheet for the gate.
- Revenue reporting, visible only to you and your partners.

Stalls
Built for events like yours
Cirkle suits any event where people buy a ticket to get in and businesses pay for a space inside.
What it costs
Two things, both stated up front. No setup fee, and nothing to pay before you publish.
Subscription
Ask us for current pricing
Required to publish an event. Covers unlimited events while it is active.
Commission
6% of each sale
Taken at the moment of payment. The rest goes straight to your bank account, not to a Cirkle balance you have to withdraw from.
Questions organisers ask
How do I get paid?+
You add your bank details once, in your settings. Cirkle creates a payout account for you with Paystack, and every sale is split at the moment the buyer pays: your share goes straight to your bank account and Cirkle keeps only its commission. Your money never sits in a Cirkle balance waiting for you to withdraw it.
When does the money arrive?+
On Paystack's settlement schedule, not ours. Cirkle does not hold or release your funds, so we cannot speed it up or delay it. For most Nigerian accounts settlement is next business day, but Paystack is the authority on that and it can differ by bank and by account status. Check your Paystack dashboard for your own settlement timing.
What is the commission?+
6% of each sale by default, taken at payment. It applies to ticket sales and to vendor stall payments. If a different rate has been agreed for your organisation, that is what is charged.
Can my staff see my revenue?+
No. Staff accounts can run the event: manage the catalogue, review vendor applications, scan at the gate. Earnings, payouts and billing are hidden from them entirely. Only owners and partners can see money. This is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Do buyers need an account to buy a ticket?+
No. Anyone can check out as a guest with just an email address, and their tickets are emailed to them. Asking people to create an account before they can pay you is a good way to lose the sale.
Do vendors need an account to apply for a stall?+
Yes. Unlike ticket buyers, a vendor signs in to apply, so their application, approval status, payment and gate pass all live in that account, and they come back to it for your next event. Signing up takes a minute and they only do it once.
What happens if I cancel or postpone?+
Everyone holding a ticket or a stall is emailed automatically, with the new date if you moved it. Refunds are separate and deliberate: cancelling does not automatically refund anyone, so you stay in control of who gets refunded and when, and you issue them from your dashboard.
What if a vendor is approved but never pays?+
Their slot is held for 72 hours from approval, then released automatically so someone else can take it. You do not have to chase anyone or remember to free the space yourself.
